The company was formerly known as Kaisa Property Holdings Limited and changed its name to Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited in July 2019. The company was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. Kaisa Prosperity Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Ye Chang Investment Company Limited.
