The Company invests principally in three commercial property sectors: office, retail (including retail warehouses) and industrial. It offers investors the opportunity to access a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom commercial real estate through a closed-ended fund. The Company owns over 280,000 square foot of income producing assets. The Company's subsidiary, Drum Income Plus Limited, is a property investment company. Drum Real Estate Investment Management Limited is the investment advisor of the Company.
