The Company's portfolio comprises nine properties let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the United Kingdom and is characterized by smaller lot sizes. The Company invests principally in three commercial property sectors: office, retail (including retail warehouses) and industrial. It offers investors the opportunity to access a diversified portfolio of United Kingdom commercial real estate through a closed-ended fund. The Company owns over 280,000 square foot of income producing assets. The Company's subsidiary, Drum Income Plus Limited, is a property investment company. Drum Real Estate Investment Management Limited is the investment advisor of the Company.
