Its Asset Management segment offers portfolio management, investment advisory, and transaction execution services. The Company's Private Equity and Alternative Investment segment provides equity investments in private companies. Its Overseas Business segment offers securities and futures brokerage, securities research, investment banking, margin financing, money lending, asset management, and insurance brokerage services. The company serves various individual and institutional clients comprising multinational corporations, medium and small-sized enterprises, high-net-worth clients, and retail clients.
