And the sale of existing properties), drastic operation reinforcement (achievement of high occupancy rate), various cost reductions, etc., and we have achieved improvement in distribution. In December 2015, Daiwa Securities Group Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Daiwa Securities Group Inc.”) will acquire additional shares of the asset management company, and the Investment Corporation will bring Daiwa Securities Group Inc. as a new sponsor have become.
