Manz AG engages in the manufacture and sale of high-tech equipment in Germany, the United States, Taiwan, rest of Europe, China, and internationally. The Solar segment provides system solutions for thin-film solar modules and CIGS thin-film technology. The Contract Manufacturing segment provides contract manufacturing services for equipment manufacturing, parts production, and assembly works for range of industries. Manz AG also provides simulation and factory planning, process and prototype development, and customer training services. The company was formerly known as Manz Automation AG and changed its name to Manz AG in June 2011. Manz AG was founded in 1987 and is based in Reutlingen, Germany.
