The company was formerly known as South West Eco Development Limited and changed its name to C&D International Investment Group Limited in January 2016. The company was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. C&D International Investment Group Limited is a subsidiary of Well Land International Limited.
