This ETF allocates its capital to equities found within the Russell 1000 Growth Index This benchmark is broadly diversified and primarily comprises growthoriented stocks from substantial American corporations The funds primary objective is to closely mirror the financial performance of this index which is widely recognized as a standard measure for the returns generated by largecapitalization US growth stocks It offers considerable prospects for capital appreciation though its unit value typically experiences sharper fluctuations both upward and downward compared to investment vehicles focused on bonds Consequently it is better suited for investors with extended time horizons whose financial objectives heavily rely on the substantial expansion of their capital Regarding 75 of its total holdings the fund adheres to specific investment limits it is prohibited from acquiring over 10 of the voting shares of any single company and it cannot invest in any issuer if doing so would cause more than 5 of the funds entire assets to be concentrated in that issuer An exception to these rules applies when necessary to accurately align with the structure of its target index Importantly these limitations do not extend to securities issued by the US government its agencies or related entities
