The company is also involved in the acquisition of royalties. The company was formerly known as Golden Valley Mines Ltd. and changed its name to Golden Valley Mines and Royalties Ltd. in July 2021. Golden Valley Mines and Royalties Ltd. was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Val-d'Or, Canada.
