The fund primarily invests in investment grade preferred debt securities, convertible debt securities, and convertible preferred securities that are rated BBB/Baa or better by S&P, Moody's, or Fitch. It was formerly known as Nuveen Quality Preferred Income Fund 2. Nuveen Preferred Securities Income Fund was formed on June 24, 2002 and is domiciled in the United States.
