It may invest up to 5% of its net assets in below-investment grade, high-yield debt instruments (commonly known as "junk bonds"), including distressed instruments that are in default. The fund may also invest up to 25% of its net assets in U.S. dollar-denominated foreign debt securities and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs").
