The fund will invest substantially all of its assets in a portfolio of FLexible EXchange® Options ("FLEX Options") that reference both the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust ("S&P 500 ETF") and the Invesco QQQ TrustSM, Series 1. In general, an option contract is an agreement between a buyer and seller that gives the purchaser of the option the right to buy or sell a particular asset at a specified future date at an agreed upon price. FLEX Options are exchange-traded options contracts with uniquely customizable terms. The fund is non-diversified.
